Many young people are bitter and distrustful about work because they're used to being expendable, without rights, bamboozled, groaning under unrepayable student loans, know they'll never ever be able to buy a house, and generally written off and insulted by older generations, especially boomers.
I completely agree with them. Ageism works both ways.
