This is interesting and I’ve been thinking about this quite a bit I think for me I’m not particularly bothered about fiction and fairytales, but I have problems when it is applied to actual historical events. The reason for this is that when so-called colourblind casting is used people who aren’t historians for example, will get very much the wrong idea about what the past look like .
